We salute Mr. Carlson for airing the J6 videos
When Fox News Host Tucker Carlson aired video of the January 6th “insurrection” Monday night on his show, we expected the Left and the media (one and the same) would have a complete meltdown. That was easy and predictable.
Just as easy and predictable was the reaction from the establishment right-of-center media and the squish Republicans in Congress. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said, “it was a mistake, in my view, [for] Fox News to depict this in a way completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official in the Capitol” described. Senators Thom Tillis and Kevin Cramer were among several congressmen to go on the record to express outrage at Tucker Carlson. We are sure there were more political wimps who feel the same off the record.
The full release (we hope Tucker airs more footage) of the January 6th videos should further illustrate what a circus the J6 hearings were and continue to be. Mr. Carlson, with a tip of the hat to Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, was absolutely right to air the footage and expose this witch hunt and political circus.
